Shipping policy

All orders are processed on the same day if placed before 3pm  (excluding weekends and holidays) or the next working day if placed after 3pm. After receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Any potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are out of our control will be processed and posted as fast as we possibly can. We aim for our customers to receive within 1-3 working days after placing their order. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Flat rate shipping: Our standard shipping fee is £2.99. Orders over £50 will receive free shipping automatically.  

We do not currently ship to countries outside the United Kingdom & Isle of Man.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at donkzracing@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
