Shipping
We ship to addresses in the United Kingdom and the Isle of Man only. All orders are sent from our warehouse in the UK.
Delivery costs
- Orders of £70 or more: free delivery
- Orders under £70: £2.99
All orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48.
When your order will arrive
Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day. Royal Mail Tracked 48 usually delivers within 2 to 3 working days of dispatch.
We'll email you when your order has been dispatched. If it hasn't arrived within 10 working days of that email, please contact us at donkzracing@gmail.com with your name and order number and we'll look into it for you.
Returns
Changed your mind?
You can return any item within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund. This includes sale and clearance items.
To start a return, please email donkzracing@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we'll send you details for returning your items. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
Please send items back unworn, unwashed and with their tags still attached, in their original packaging if possible. You're welcome to try items on as you would in a shop. If an item has been worn outside, washed or damaged, or its tags have been removed, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.
Unless an item is faulty or we sent you the wrong one, you'll need to pay the cost of sending it back to us. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't refund items that don't reach us.
Refunds
We'll email you once we've received and checked your return. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your items back. If you return your whole order within 14 days of receiving it, we'll also refund the delivery charge you paid.
Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the refund on your account.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get a different size or colour is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if anything is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. We'll cover the cost of returning it and offer you a replacement, repair or refund. This doesn't affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Your legal rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. Our 30-day returns policy is in addition to this right and doesn't affect it.
